GMO's and Allergies

A recent study came out indicating allergies in children are now more prominent then ever, with 1 in 12 children affected by food allergies. The main allergy is peanut, followed by milk and shellfish.  So why the increase in food allergies? Is it that people are more aware or is there in fact a change in our food supply? It seems that genetically modified foods may be to blame.

How do you feel about GM foods? Do you avoid them?  We are excited to let you know that purely elizabeth is enrolled with the Non-GMO Project and are in the process of becoming verified for all our products.
